Obituary
Patricia Sullivan Brooks of Lompoc died Saturday, August 3, 2013, at the age of 89.
Patricia was born November 5, 1923 in Hampstead, Maryland to Walter and Catherine Sullivan. She graduated from Hampstead High School with the class of 1942.
Formerly of Sacramento, California Patricia has been a resident of Lompoc since 1962. She was employed by General Telephone as a customer representative for 20 years.
Patricia attended the Lompoc Presbyterian Church, was a member of PEO, the Telephone Pioneers and the Village Country Club, where she enjoyed golfing and playing Bridge.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Roland Brooks in 1973. She is survived by her daughter Sherry Burton of Lompoc, grandson Morgan Burton of South Lake Tahoe and granddaughter Tricia Burton-Elliott of Chico.
Cremation will be followed by a graveside funeral service on Thursday, August 8, at 11am in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. Patricia's family suggests that memorial donations be made to the VFW at 100 East Locust in Lompoc.
