Patricia Pighetti, 66, of Lompoc passed away on Saturday morning on July
4th, 2009. Patricia died at home with Angelo by her side after a courageous battle
with cancer. Peacefully and quietly she has joined her friends and family that have
gone before her. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Angelo, and her son Tony Pighetti (his wife Andrea), and three grand children; Josh, Paige, and Jake of Santa
Barbara.

She was born September 3, 1942 in Chicago, Ill. where she met Angelo Pighetti in High School. After being married and having a son, they moved to Santa Barbara
following a vacation there in 1967. Pat and Angelo lived the American Dream
together, owning a successful business, owning their own homes, and raising a
son near the beautiful beaches of Santa Barbara. Golf became a lifestlye for Pat,
and they moved into a country club setting in 1986, where they bought a home in
the Vandenberg Village area. To the many friends that knew Pat, thank you for
being there for her throughout her life. Friends meant so much to her.

In lieu of flowers, and not expected, you can make a donation to your local Hospice
in Patricia Pighetti's memory. This amazing organization has helped many like Pat
and Angelo with the final days, making both the patient and the family as
comfortable as possible through difficult times.

A public service will be held Thursday afternoon, July 9th, at 1 pm. Please join
friends and family at the Starbuck-Lind Mortuary Chapel located at 123 North 'A'
Street, in Lompoc. No reception is scheduled. A private service will follow at the
Lompoc Cemetery.
