PHILIP P. "Mule" MULLER
On November 25, 2007, Philip P. Muller crossed over and went to be with the Almighty Lord.
Philip was born July 31, 1935, in Easton, Pennsylvania, to Philip and Mary K. Muller. He was married to the late Maria I. Muller in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1962.
Philip was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and proud and honorable citizen of the United States of America. He served with great respect in the United States Marine Corps and retired from the United States Air Force.
Philip and Maria resided in Lompoc for over 35 years. He was also fortunate to retire from Civil Service at Vandenberg Air Force Base where he was Chief of Contract Services Management for the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron.
Philip was loved and widely known as "Mule" to hundreds of individuals who were to be blessed with his loyal friendship.
Philip and Maria were married 46 years and were blessed with two children, Josie and Ronald. They had three grandchildren, Kelly, Casey and Nick, and one great-grandson, Austin.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, February 22,, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery Pavilion. Officiating will be Reverend James L. Cobbs, III, of True Vine Ministries.
