IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Phyllis Jean
Reed
April 30, 1938 – March 20, 2019
Phyllis Jean Reed passed away peacefully at home March 20, 2019. Though she was a recent resident to Lompoc, she lived most of her life in California.
A widow, she leaves behind three daughters, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one sister.
Phyllis had many different careers in her lifetime, but her true passion was her art. She was equally talented in creating "works of love," as she would call them, in many different forms. Her love for travel and gardening were often her inspiration for her paintings, wood carvings, and anything else she wanted to create.
She was a tender-hearted person and didn't believe in hurting any other living creature. She often supported animal rights causes and animal rescue organizations. She had also adopted several rescue animals.
The loss of her has left a hole in the lives of her family and friends. We love her and will miss her.
