Rachel I. McCullough, 98, of Lompoc, California died January 4, 2016, at the Lompoc Comprehensive Care Center. She was born December 10, 1918, in Washington County, Missouri to Elmer and Fannie Pinson. Her husband, Stanley McCullough, predeceased her in 2001.

She is survived by three children, Galena (Vincent) Coleman of Festus, Missouri, Sharon (David) Blackwell of Terre DuLac, Missouri and Patricia (Barry) Coughlin of Solana Beach, California. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one half-sister Georgia Norgard and one half-brother Glennon Pinson. Rachel was preceded in death by one daughter Sue Murphy and one son Dennis McCullough. She was also preceded in death by eight siblings and seven half brothers and sisters.

Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary in Lompoc. Donations may be made in Rachel's name to Lompoc Comprehensive Care Center at 216 North Third Street, Lompoc, California 93436.
