Richard Brian Causby of Lompoc died Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the age of 54.

Richard was born December 23, 1967, in Kansas.  His family moved to Lompoc, California when he was seven years old.  He was educated in Lompoc schools and graduated from Cabrillo High School with the class of 1986.  He was employed at InDyne Inc. as a systems analyst for 24 years.

Richard loved heavy metal and hard rock music.  He attended many live concerts and was a member of the Iron Maiden Fan Club.  He also enjoyed barbecuing.

Richard is survived by his son Sean Causby of Lompoc, his sisters Bev and Karen of San Jose, California, his sister Jill of Arizona, his brother Mark of Washington and his former sister-in-law Stacy Green.  He was also survived by his daughter Jenna Causby who died tragically two weeks later.
