Obituary
Richard Lee Fringer, 40, passed away on March 9, 2012 in Lompoc, California. He was born in Lompoc to Richard E. Fringer and Toni Berry Fringer on April 10, 1971.
Rick graduated from Lompoc High School in 1989 and over the years enjoyed fishing, camping, riding bulls and mostly spending time with his family and friends. He eventually became part of his second family, his Lompoc Wal-Mart family, whom he loved and spoke of often.
Ricky was preceded in death by his beloved mother Toni, his grandparents, uncles, cousin and best pal Chewy.
He is survived by his son Evan Bedford, his folks Rick and Kathy Fringer, his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, his new siblings, Paul, Natalie and Stephanie, and his many friends. All of whom love him very much.
Services will be Friday, March 16, 2012 at the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery at 1:30pm. A celebration of Ricky's life will immediately follow at 1762 Tularosa Lane, Lompoc, California.
