Richard E. Storms of Lompoc died Tuesday, November 2, 2011 at the age of 77.
The memorial service will be Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11am at the First Southern Baptist Church, 1009 East Pine Avenue in Lompoc. Cremation will be followed by private inurnment.
