Rolland Lewis "Woody" Wood of Lompoc died Monday, May 11, 2020, at the age of 78.

Woody was born December 6, 1941, in Pasadena, California.  He was raised by Adrian and Claire Wood who moved their family to the Santa Ynez Valley.  He graduated from Santa Ynez Valley High School and later completed his education by earning a certificate as a physical therapy assistant.  Formerly of Yreka, California, Woody returned to the Central Coast in January.

Woody is survived by his brother John Clark of Marsing, Idaho, his brother Glen Clark of Solvang, California, his sister Carol Jacksen of Los Alamos, California, and numerous nephews and great nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and the love of his life Marjorie Gauthier.

Cremation will be followed by a private family service and interment.  Memorial donations may be made to the Santa Ynez Sportsmans Association, in care of Robert Jeppesen, P.O. Box 453, Santa Ynez, CA 93460.
