Ron McGregor, a longtime resident of Lompoc, California, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025.

Ron was born in 1936 in Goodland, Kansas and grew up in Borger, Texas along with his brother Doug. He earned his mechanical engineering degree from Kansas State University. He began his career at Johns-Manville in Lompoc in the 1960s and later spent over 20 years at Martin Marrietta working on the Titan missile program, retiring in 1993.

A lifelong golfer, Ron greatly enjoyed time on the course throughout his life.

Ron is survived by his wife of 59 years, Diane, and daughter, Tracy. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel, who passed away in 1996.
