In loving memory of Roslyn Terrones Aguilar
October 14, 1963 - May 4, 2022
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Roslyn T. Aguilar.
Roslyn was born on October 14, 1963, to Raymond and Sally Terrones in Lompoc, California. She was a life-long resident of Lompoc. Roslyn graduated from Lompoc High School Class of 1981.
She was a loving wife to Tommy Aguilar for over 40 years, a devoted mother to son Sean (Brittney) and her daughter, Lorena. She loved spending time with granddaughters Bella, Kimberly, Olivia, as well as her newest granddaughter, Little Lennon - aka "Lemon Drop."
Left to mourn her passing are sister, Cynthia Garife (Rey), brothers Armando Terrones (Janie), Ruben Terrones, Vincent Terrones and Victor Terrones (Carolyn), goddaughters Veronica Aceves and Stephanie Terrones, mother-in-law, Josie Aguilar Guerrero (Ralph), special friends, Celeste Dugre, Suzanne Baisa and Jim and Carolyn White, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and all her neighbors and friends.
Roslyn loved life! She loved spending time with family and friends. She loved spending time in the sun. She was most happy at the lake, beach or just outside in her front yard.
Roslyn was a Type 1 diabetic since the age of five. She battled from all the complications of that disease, NEVER complaining. She was one "Tough Cookie!"
The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that tenderly cared for Roslyn at Lompoc Valley Medical Center, Cottage Hospital and Visiting Nurses. A very special thank you to Dr. Kiran Mariwalla for the care and compassion she showed Roslyn.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary starting at 3:00 pm. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a later date.
