On Saturday, March 6, 2021, Rudy Gallegos, Sr. my Superman of God, husband, and father of four children passed away at the age of 54.

Rudy was burn May 15, 1966 in Cortazar, Guanajuato, Mexico to Rodolfo Ojeda Gallegos and Teresa Tovar Gallegos.  On March 24, 1989, he married Guadalupe Elena Carrillo.  They raised four children: Rudy, Jr., Teresa, Daniel, and Mike Gallegos.

Rudy, Sr. had a passion for feeding the less fortunate.  He loved to serve the lord and encourage and pray for whoever wanted or needed prayer.  He also loved his grandchildren: Roman, Mylah, Rileigh, Joseph, Hailani, Caliana and Raeliana.  He also loved to hear his gospel music and loved to drive.

He had such a kind heart and always smiled no matter what.  His spirit was and is so full of love and compassion.  The times he was sick he not once ever complained and instead called on God which is when he earned his nickname, Super Man of God.  A true superhero indeed.  He loved the Lord till his very last breath as he now is with the Lord.  He died peacefully in his wife's arms as he wanted.  He will be missed but never forgotten.  Rudy touched many lives, and his legacy will continue through his wife, children, grandchildren, and daughters-in-law Genie Gallegos and Patricia Moreno.

The visitation will be Friday, March 12, from 3 to 7 pm with the funeral service starting at 6 pm in the chapel of the Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
