Russell Stockton of Lompoc died Monday, November 20, 2007 at the age of 64. There will be a celebration of his life on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 7 pm at the Elks Lodge in Lompoc. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
