Sandra Jean was born October 20th, 1947 in Bangor Maine to Walt and Fran Ouimette. She was well traveled, as her father was a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. She married Bobby Dean Petersen on Dec 16, 1981 in Burr Oak, Nebraska. They moved to Minnesota becoming the owners of the "Viking Cafe" in Sacred Heart one of the many over the years. Sandy had a love for cooking along side her mom Fran, and her daughter Francine. Sandy married Robert Carson on Nov. 5th, 2008 in Lompoc. She enjoyed going to the casino with her mom, playing bingo, and playing games on Facebook.

She was preceeded in death by her husband Bobby Dean, brother Stanley, and daughters Kimberly and Melanie. Sandra is survived by her husband Robert, parents Walt and Fran Ouimette, brothers Wayne, Walter (Maria) all of California, her daughter Francine (Gary)Stone of Browerville, MN, son Stanley(Acacia)Stone Cannon Falls CO. And her beloved granchildren Kendra,Chris,Kasha,Steven and Brittany.
Interment will be at the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery, Little Falls.
