IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sean William
Birdsell
February 19, 1972 – February 25, 2025
With deep sorrow but abiding hope, we share the passing of Sean William Birdsell, who went home to be with the Lord on February 25, 2025. Sean was a devoted husband, a loving father & stepfather, a doting Grandpa, a cherished brother, and a steadfast friend. More than anything, he was a man of deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ, whom he served with his whole heart.
Sean is survived by his beloved wife, Je'Ann Savard Birdsell, his son Daniel Birdsell, his daughter Rachel Birdsell, his stepdaughter Julianne Savard Mills, son-in-law Christian Mills & his granddaughter Jordy Love Mills whom he loved fiercely. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Cherri Lee and his brother, David Birdsell, nephews, Daniel Dennis, Taylor Lee, Daniel Birdsell and DJ Birdsell. As well as many extended family members and friends who were blessed by his kindness and joy.
Sean's life was a reflection of God's love. His faith was not just something he professed but something he lived out daily—in the way he cared for his family, encouraged others, and extended grace without hesitation. He was a man of prayer, always seeking God's will and pointing those around him to his hope found in Christ. Whether through quiet acts of service or leading the children's ministry , Sean exemplified what it meant to walk in faith and trust in God's promises.
Though our hearts grieve, we take comfort in knowing that Sean now stands in the presence of his Savior, worshiping in eternal joy. His life was a testimony to the goodness of God, and his legacy of faith will continue through those he loved.
A celebration of Sean's life will be held at Calvary Chapel Lompoc on March 8 at 1:00 PM, where we will gather to honor his memory, share stories, and find comfort in the truth that he is now home.
If you are unable to attend Sean memorial service it will be live streamed on the two links below. Or you can view it at a later date.
