Seledonio Angel passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on October 13, 2023.  He was a lifelong resident of Lompoc.

He is survived by his stepchildren, Peter Ramos (Young Ja) of Arizona, Diana Rosas of Florida, Sandra Howes of Florida and Cindy Naputi (Joe) of Lompoc.   He has several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Angel, father, Francisco Angel, mother, Maria G Angel, brothers, David Angel, Frank Martinez, Francisco Angel Jr., Renaldo Angel, Pasqual Angel and sisters, Carmen Perez, Dolores Angel and Ramona Leon.

He served in the Army for 4 years and returned home.  He worked for Johns-Manville for 42 years.  He loved to weld and made several barbeque pits for his family over the years.  His favorite pastime was barbequing for his family and friends.  His barbequing skills were expert.

Seledonio Angel will be dearly missed, but his legacy of strength, love and guidance will continue to inspire those that knew him.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, October 27 at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.  A reception will follow at the Event's Mission Valley, 138 North B Street in Lompoc.
