Obituary
Shirley Lee Henry of Lompoc died Monday, May 3, 2010, at the age of 62.
Shirley was born July 6, 1947 in Santa Paula to Hubert and Alma Clark. Her family moved to Lompoc in 1956 and she graduated from Lompoc High School with the class of 1967. In addition to being a homemaker she was employed as the housekeeping supervisor at the Slovang Lutheran Home. She loved to bake pies and make homemade candy to give as gifts at Christmas.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 44 years Billy Henry of Lompoc, her daughter Rhonda Henry of Lompoc, her granddaughter Karena Henry, her brother William Clark of Lompoc, sister-in-law Jody Sink of Texas, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Larry and Rae Henry of Lompoc, George and Cindy Henry of Texas, sister-in-law Marianne Henry of Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her sister Patsy Hailey in 2009.
The visitation will be on Thursday, May 6, from 4-7 pm at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary. The graveside funeral service will be on Friday, May 7, at 1 pm at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
