Obituary
Shirley Grace Sadowski of Lompoc passed away Friday, May 4, 2007, at the age of 77.
Shirley was born December 14, 1929 in Edmond, Iowa. Raised and educated in Racine, Wisconsin, she came to Lompoc in 1977. She spend most of her adult life as the loving caretaker of her husband Robert Sadowski. As a member of the La Purisima Catholic Church faith was a major part of her life. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and took great pride in all of their accomplishments. She enjoyed long walks with friends, all things Hawaiian, and spending time in her beautifully maintained garden.
Shirley is survived by her son, David Vallone of Santa Barbara; son and his wife, Mark and Kelly Sadowski of Lompoc; son and his wife, Kurt and Maggie Sadowshi of Lompoc; sister, Mary Willis of Racine, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Matthew, Alexander, Brigette, and Anders Sadowski.
Cremation will be followed by interment in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. The memorial service will be at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 604 East Ocean Avenue, Lompoc, CA 93436. Arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary
