Stanley G. Holt passed away Saturday, April 7, 2007, in Covina, California.
He was born to Samuel and Anna (DeKraai) Holt July 3, 1919, at Clear Lake, South Dakota. He attended school in Clear Lake, graduating from Clear Lake High School. Stan was a Veteran of W.W.II, serving in the United States Marine Corps. After the war he lived in Southern California and operated his own swimming pool cleaning business for over 40 years in La Puente.
Stan is survived by three sisters, Joyce (Kasmier) Kubik, of Sugarland, Texas, Margaret Andersen of San Diego, Dorothy (Vern) Horihan, of Omaha, Nebraska; brother-in-law, Wendell Miller of Clear Lake; and, sister-in-Law, Gloria Holt of Clear Lake. Stan was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Helen Robinson Holt, an Infant daughter, his second wife, Dewey Hayes Holt; his son, Ronald Holt; brothers, Seward, Clifford and Donald Holt, and a Sister Florence Miller.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale. Arrangements are in the care of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary in Lompoc, California.
