Stevie was born on October 19, 1995, in Sfintu Gheorghe, Romania. He was brought to the United States at two years of age to join the family of James and Theresa Keeling family in Lompoc, California. He died Sunday, March 22, 2026, in Bakersfield, California.

After graduating from the La Purisima Catholic grade school, Stevie attended Cabrillo High School, where he was involved with the drama program, participating in several plays. He graduated with the 2014 class.

Stevie was employed at the Lompoc Valley Medical Center, where he enjoyed his job as a phlebologist.

Stevie studied dance at Garcia Dance Studio and was an accomplished Flamenco dancer. His talent was displayed annually at the Old Spanish Days Fiesta in Santa Barbara and the Lompoc Flower Festival.

His survivors include his parents, brothers Joseph and Ryker, and close cousins Danielle Prulhiere of Medford, Oregon, and Kathy Herr of Eugene, Oregon. He is also survived by his aunt Magna Lowman from Medford, Oregon; his uncle and aunt Mark and Michele Keeling from Surprise, Arizona; his aunt Kim Shoemaker from Surprise, Arizona; and two cousins, Jeffery and Michael Lowman from Medford, Oregon.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 10 am in the chapel of the Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.

A private interment service will be held at a later date in Grants Pass, Oregon.
