Steven (Steve) Tidwell was born on July 23, 1974, in Lompoc California to his parents Jerry Tidwell and Christine Cruz Terrones. Steve passed away on September 23, 2026.

Steve was a Lompoc native attending Cabrillo High School graduating class of 1993. Shortly after he moved to Colorado and began work in the trades of HVAC. After ten years in Colorado, Steve moved back to Lompoc and continued his work in the trades.

Steven had a love for music, gaming, fishing with his cousins, and sitting next to his mom at a slot machine.

Steve is preceded in death by his dad Jerry Tidwell. He is survived by his mom Christine, sister Cynthia Tidwell Calzada, nephews and niece Jared, Max, and Mackenzie Leal, God parents Joe and Gloria Laurcirica, Uncle Ricky Cruz, Aunt Terri, and many cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 7th at 1PM at 229 North W Street in Lompoc, California.
