Terri died Saturday, July 21, 2007 in Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California.
Born in New London, Connecticut May 3, 1955, to Michael and Glenna Frazier, Terri moved to California with her parents in 1957. She grew up in Cayucos and Lompoc. She graduated from Cabrillo High School, Allan Hancock College and Santa Cruz University. She earned a master's degree from San Jose State University. She was a social worker, a book editor, and a tech writer.
Terri was preceded in death by her husband, David Andrews and her father, Michael Frazier. She is survived by her mother, Glenna Frazier, sister, Cindy Frazier, and brothers, Mark and Brian Frazier.
Charitable donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Vandenberg Village Library or VIVA.
Arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
