Theresa was born on January 17, 1973 to Lawrence D'Angelo and Deborah (D'Angelo) Sterns in West Islip, New York.  She passed away peacefully in her sleep December 18, 2019 from a heart disease she had been battling for 11 years.  She was surrounded by her Daughter Shamonte, aunt and uncle Cliff and Bea Reynolds.

Theresa was known for her beautiful smile, heart of gold, sarcastic sense of humor and tearing it up on the dance floor.  She repped New York and her Italian heritage loud and proud, you couldn't tell her any different.  You also, couldn't tell her to be quiet because she would get louder.  Her mother selflessly took care of her day in and day out for the last three years of her life.  Theresa and her daughter were inseparable. She recently gained a daughter in law and two granddaughters who adored her as much as she adored them.  Her four legged best friend, Lola, stuck by her side until the end.

Theresa is survived by her grandmother, Jean D'Angelo, mother, Debbie Sterns, sisters Caronda Jones, Donziemia Wise, Sara King and their children, daughter and daughter in law , Shamonte Jackson and Miriam Equihua, granddaughters, Aileen and Melody Castellanos, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Theresa is preceded in death by her grandfathers, George D'Angelo, Ben Reynolds and Lou Mannelino, grandmother, Fran Mannelino and her niece, Jasmine Rance.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2019, 2pm at Trinity Church of the Nazarene.  Burial to follow at the Lompoc Cemetery District.
