Thomas Ramos Silva, Jr., 86, stepped into Glory and entered the Heavenly Kingdom on Saturday, February 20, 2016. He was a Veteran of the Korean War surviving the Battle of Heartbreak Ridge in 1951 and a lifelong farmer in the Lompoc area. He retired up in Coarsegold, CA with his late wife, Marlene. He is survived by his six children, Karen Peterson (Scott), Karl (Amber), Kathy Young (Rick), Tommy (Tracy), Kristy Doran (Karl), and Kelly Fine (L-Jay); 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 4 to 8 pm with a vigil at 6 pm at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Queen of Angels Catholic Church. The family is grateful for all your prayers and support during this time of sorrow.
