Obituary
Timothy J. King of Lompoc passed away on November 14, 2006.
Born October 24, 1940 in Newton, Massachusetts to Mathew and Margaret King, Tim loved the outdoors, especially skiing, canoeing and mountain climbing. He was very interested in genealogy, as he was very proud of his heritage. He was descended from a very early American family. Tim also raised Persian and Himalayan cats.
Tim was a member of La Purisima Catholic and active as a Eucharistic minister and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his son Timothy King, Jr., and two brothers, George and Mathew.
A memorial mass for the repose of his soul will be held on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. at La Purisima Catholic Church. As per his request, cremation will be followed by private inurnment in Massachusetts.
