Tranquilino Rodriguez, 82, of Lompoc was born September 20, 1926 in Mexico. He died Tuesday December 9, 2008 at the Lompoc Skilled and Rehab Center. Services will be held at a later date at La Purisima Catholic Church in Lompoc. Inurnment will be in Zamora, Michoacan, Mexico.
