Vickie Jean Lillard of Lompoc died Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at the age of 69.

Vickie was born September 6, 1950, in Santa Barbara to Fredrick and Carol Hall.  She was employed as an administrative assistant at Yardi Systems in Santa Barbara.  An accomplished artist, she was known in the Lompoc art community as "Vickie Picasso."

Vickie is survived by her sister Janet Sorn of Lancaster, her sister Donna Trapp of St. Helens, Oregon, and her nephews and nieces Matthew, Melissa, Kasey, Jessica, Brant and her granddaughter Aislinn Bilsby.  She was preceded in death by her son Jeremy in 2015 and her brother Steven Hall.

Cremation will be followed by private inurnment.
