IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Victoria Lynn
Clouse
March 24, 1946 – August 1, 2020
Victoria Lynn Clouse was a beautiful blue-eyed blond who made everyone laugh. When she arrived, wherever she went-the room lit up, just like the world did when she was born.
She was the curly-haired daughter of Richard and Dorothy Saxe, born March 24, 1946. She had a wonderful life (her last words). She was a mentor, a confidant, a best friend. She was faithful. She excelled as an activist, a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and devoted wife to Dean Clouse.
She made her impression in the world. She built a house with her own hands, partied at Woodstock, rode horses, was a lifeguard in Hawaii and fought forest fires. Her sense of humanity and devotion to our earth was impressive. She was a hippie with a cause-always! Oversized sunglasses and big floppy hats were her trademarks, even before they were cool. She was a creative, opinionated problem solver everyone respected and loved. Compassionate to the end. Vicky is forever in our hearts. We will miss you deeply.
There will be a private graveside for family and friends on Wednesday, August 5, at 11am in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
