Viviana Valadez Monreal age 32 passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023, at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA where she resided since 2007. Viviana (Vivian) was born January 9, 1991 in Lompoc, CA to Celia Monreal and Aurelio Valadez. She loved Lompoc and was one proud Monreal.

She truly lived life to the fullest with no regrets and enjoyed the simple pleasures that life offered such as chatting with friends, visiting family in Lompoc and the central coast area, dancing, snacking, and spending time with her children and family. Vivian had an uncanny ability to reach people deeply and positively by helping others in her community, this was just another thing she was blessed with knowing how to do. She had a unique laugh, a beautiful smile, and a jab on the back after a joke. Vivian worked her way into everyone's heart. She was the life of the party!

Vivian is survived by her children Emilio Jr. (14), Breanna (13), Derek (11), Kiko (5) and Rubi (2). Mother, Celia Monreal, and step-father, Armando Mendez. Siblings, Marc, Valerie, and Randy. Maternal grandfather, Jesus Monreal, and numerous Monreal and Valadez uncles, aunts, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Teresa Monreal, and father, Aurelio Valadez. Godfather, Jorge Monreal Sr., and cousin Liliana Zuniga.

Services for Vivian will be as follows: Monday, January 8, 2024, viewing from 3 –4 PM and holy rosary at 4 PM at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary (123 N. A Street, Lompoc, CA). Tuesday, January 9, 2024 funeral mass at La Purisima Church (213 W Olive Ave.) at 10 AM followed by burial at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. Viviana (Vivian) nació el 9 de enero, 1991 en Lompoc, CA, a Celia Monreal y Aurelio Valadez. Amaba Lompoc y era una Monreal muy orgullosa.

Ella realmente vivió la vida al máximo sin arrepentimientos y disfrutó de los placeres simples que la vida ofrecía, como platicar con amistades, visitar a familiares en Lompoc y el área de la costa central, bailar, comer bocadillos y pasar el tiempo con sus hijos y familia. Vivian tenía una asombrosa habilidad para llegar a las personas de una manera profunda y positiva, como ayudando a otros en su comunidad; esto fue una de las muchas cosas que supo saber hacer. Tenía una risa única, sonrisa hermosa, y el golpe en la espalda después de una broma. Vivian se abría el camino al corazón de todos. ¡Ella era la fiesta!

A Vivian le sobreviven sus hijos Emilio Jr. (14), Breanna (13), Derek (11), Kiko (5) y Rubi (2). Madre, Celia Monreal y padrastro, Armando Méndez. Hermanos, Marc, Valerie y Randy. Abuelo materno, Jesús Monreal y numerosos tíos, tías y primos Monreal y Valadez. Le preceden en la muerte su abuela materna, Teresa Monreal y su padre, Aurelio Valadez. Padrino, Jorge Monreal Sr., and prima Liliana Zuniga.

Los servicios para Vivian serán los siguientes: lunes 8 de enero, 2024, velorio de 3 a 4 PM, santo rosario a las 4 PM en Starbuck-Lind Mortuary (123 N A Street, Lompoc, CA). Martes 9 de enero, 2024 misa fúnebre en la Iglesia La Purísima (213 West Olive Ave.) a las 10 AM seguido por el cortejo fúnebre hacia el cementerio Lompoc Evergreen.
