William was born on August 13, 1925 in Lompoc, CA.
After a brief illness, "Mr. Bill" as he was known, passed away with his wife at his side at Comprehensive Care Center in Lompoc. He will be missed.
There will be a "Remembering Mr. Bill" service on Saturday January 30, 2016 at 11"00 am at the Lompoc Valley Baptist Church 700 East College, Lompoc.
He loved fishing and making fishing lures.
