William James Kemp died Thursday, December 23, 2010, at his home in Lompoc at the age of 56.
William was born December 2, 1954 in San Diego, California to Billie and June Kemp. A resident of Santa Barbara County for the last ten years, he was employed as an electronic technician in the local defense industry.
William is survived by his wife Sheryl Kemp of Lompoc, two sons Billy and Donald Kemp, both of Lompoc, brother Michael Kemp of Yuma, Arizona, sister Cheryl Isenberg of San Diego, four grandchildren and his father Billie Kemp of Napa, California.
Cremation will be followed by private inurnment.
