Wordner Joseph (Joe) Duncan passed away quietly at home on May 27 after a long illness at the age of 82. He was born in Fosters, Alabama on April 6, 1929 to Joseph and Mayme Duncan. After service in the US Air Force, where he saw duty in the US and the Philippines, he moved to California. He married Leah Payne of Ballard on April 22, 1950. Joe worked at Grefco in Lompoc for over 40 years until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Leah Duncan. He is survived by daughter Jenifer Randall of Allen, Texas, son Bill Duncan of Lompoc and three grandchildren.
