Lompoc native and lifetime resident, Yvonne Marie Guzman was born to Joe Luis and Rosemarie De La Mora on July 3rd 1963. She passed away peacefully in Santa Barbara on September 9th 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Yvonne was a cherished friend, loyal and devoted mother, adoring Ganga, and beloved sister. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew her. After graduating from Lompoc High School, she went on to become a CNA at Solvang Atterdag Care Village then became a ward clerk for some time and ended in medical records for many years. (2022) During her past time she devoted herself to her family and loved to attend every grandchild's sporting activity. She enjoyed to read novels and cook for her family.

She is survived by her children, Vanessa (Chris) and Victor (Krystal) and her grandchildren, Alexis, C.J., Mia, Cameron, Kai, Kruz, Kristian, and Alana her siblings Jr Joe (Connie) and Martha Zarate (Ralph) Yvonne is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Rosemarie De La Mora, her sister Gina Lopez, her brother Orlando De La Mora and her grandson Ezra "E.J" Guzman.

To honor her life there will be a visitation at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary (123 North "A" St.) on September 20, 2024, at 11-1 followed by a graveside service at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. Celebration of life to follow at Mission Valley Events (138 N "B" St.) Though our mom may no longer be with us in body, her strength and spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. The family would like to thank the staff at Cottage Health for the care and comfort they provided.
